Cheese factories consortium
Starting from 2021, Biosabbey experimented prototypes at four cheese factories. The project addressed specific issues identified during the analysis of the production process and led to the patent for a Method and System for Active Control in Food Processing.
Conad
In 2022 Biosabbey made an agreement with Conad to validate the benefit of the platform and, upon successful prototype testing, implement it to certify the compliance of the Certification Agreement with suppliers.
Research network
Founded in 2020, Biosabbey has conducted on-field research on the application of Artificial Intelligence in industrial production and established a network of experts involving consortia, research centers and universities.
